How we work
Scope in days, not vibes
Every task carries a day estimate, acceptance criteria and a definition of done that includes tests, documentation and deployment. The date is the sum, not a guess.
A price that means something
Fixed price built from that plan, with the contingency shown. Changes are priced before work starts. Nothing is absorbed silently.
Working software every two weeks
Two-week sprints, each ending in a demonstration of working software. From sprint one, not from the first milestone.
Built to hand over
Decision records, runbooks and an onboarding guide written as the work is made and checked by CI, so they cannot go stale. A new engineer is productive in a week.
